Women aren't small men and we can't train like men either. During this webinar, Celia will teach us how hormones affect our training and how to maximise the benefits of each cycle. She will also cover specific topics depending on the audience, we'll gather more details about you closer to the event!
About the presenter
Celia Boothman is the founder of LTR Coaching, and has been coaching since 2014.
She started triathlon as a way of getting some fitness back after having her first son in 2007, and has since qualified for the World Championships in Ironman, Xterra, and 70.3.
She started to track her menstrual cycle when she started training, and realised the impact that it had on her sessions. She wanted to bring that knowledge to the athletes that she coached and now specialises in training women to perform at their best no matter what stage of life they are in
