About the Event
Keeley Bullock has been teaching people to swim for over 30 years. With a background in competitive swimming she now specialises in helping people get over their fears and phobias of water.
In this session Keeley will introduce open water swimming and the possible anxieties you may have when transferring to the open water. She'll also cover how to train for triathlon in a pool and practical questions around wetsuits, what to wear underneath, swimming hats and goggles.
Keeley is keen to tailor this session to you - so make sure you submit your questions ahead of time using the box in the registration form!
This session will be held over zoom, you will receive the link in a reminder email 3 days before the event. If you have any specific access needs, please get in touch with us on fundhertriuk@gmail.com
