About the Event

Join us for a 'Brick' session, practice your cycle to run and the transition between. Train with other FHT UK athletes and get ready for your first triathlon of the season (or first ever!).

Led by Triathlon Coaches Courtney Hyde and Lou Hathaway, this session will explain all about transitions in a triathlon - swim to bike and bike to run. We will then complete a brick bike to run workout, practicing the rules as if we were in a race.

We're currently planning to hold the session at Lee Valley Velopark, a closed loop road cycling track in the Olympic Park. Distances of the session are tbc, but for reference last year was:

8k bike + 3k run

Once the session is finished, we'll go for coffee (optional) to debrief and answer any questions.

Secure your spot by booking a £5 ticket through eventbrite. Tickets will be refunded minus the admin fee with attendance or cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice.

Sign up  closes on Wednesday 22 May at 12noon.

Please note: this session will be photo/video graphed for usage of Fund Her Tri UK and T100, one of our sponsors
