Beginners cycling skills & brick session

Join Bianca (FHT UK Chair and Giant Camden Team Liv ambassador) for a beginners skills session around Inner Circle (Regents Park). This session is aimed at beginner triathletes, but new riders are also welcome. 

We'll finish with a brick session (duathlon) practicing all rules as in a real race. The distances will be: 

1k run + 8k bike + 3k run 

(no need to bring locks, Bianca will look after the bikes in transition) 

Once the session is finished, we'll go for coffee in the park (optional) to debrief and answer any questions
