I am a certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher, a Level 1 British Triathlon Coach, hold a UK Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness certificate and am currently undertaking a Women-specific health and fitness coaching certificate (GGS), which equips me with a holistic coaching profile. I also founded Team Chronos Coaching together with my boyfriend, supporting time-poor professionals with endurance challenges in swimming, biking, running and Triathlon.
I started running in 2015, after I saw runners finishing the London Marathon. The sense of pride and achievement in their eyes inspired me to set myself my own running challenge. Ever since I have competed in various different running events from 5K distance to Marathon and aspire to finish all 6 Abbott World Marathon Majors, as well one day an Ultra Marathon.
In 2019, I signed up for my first Olympic Distance Triathlon, to challenge myself in a new way. I knew I could run and cycle, but learning front crawl was another challenge. I absolutely loved the triathlon experience and since then scaled up to compete in 70.3s and full Ironman distance, with the icing on the cake the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in St George, Utah.
My dream for 2022 was to qualify for the 70.3 World Championships. I knew it was a very bold goal but I was willing to work hard for it and was very fortunate to become 4th at the Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire and get a slot for the World Champs race in Utah. Competing there was a completely new experience and reinforced my wish to help other females to enjoy this experience too.
My training is squeezed into my free time, besides my day-to-day job, which taught me how to use my time efficiently. I also came up with creative ways to combine my training with seeing friends or family to reduce the fear of missing out on my social life and you can find this in my coaching approach as I acknowledge we are not professional athletes and it's all about balance.
I discovered my passion for coaching when I started supporting a friend to prepare for her first marathon and since then have been able to inspire others along their way. I would like to coach individuals who aim for their first endurance challenge and provide them support, inspiration and motivation along the way.
