About the Event
Congratulations on completing your first triathlon! You may be thinking 'what next' or eager to jump into new goals, but everyone needs to ease into some real time off and to enjoy life as a normal human being! Everyone needs a quality break both mentally and physically from regimented and structured training. This may sound awesome, but many athletes struggle with this, or just do nothing, which can also be detrimental.
A solid post season and pre season with flexibility, structure and some goals that may help you swim bike and run better next season can be tricky - join Coach Meg to help unlock how your post and pre season can set you up for success!
About the coach
Megan Tobin is a coach, triathlete and open water swimmer living in Boulder, Colorado and the San Francisco Bay Area. Megan has always been an athlete; competing in various team sports, including swimming competitively and playing field hockey at a collegiate and national level. After devoting several years to building a career in technology marketing as well as a family, she discovered triathlon through her colleagues while going through a difficult divorce. What started as a way to get back in shape over 15 years ago became a passion for multisport, self-care and, perhaps surprisingly, bringing balance back into her life. Megan's mission is to lead by example and drive for diversity and inclusion in sport.
A multiple Ironman 140.6 and 70.3 World Championship qualifier and finisher, Megan coaches for TMT Coaching, San Francisco Triathlon Club and non-profit One with the Ocean. She is a certified short course and long course triathlon specialist.
