About the Event

During this webinar, Louise Whitting, a GB age-group triathlete, coach and certified personal trainer will explore all things strength for triathlons.


This session will be held over Google Meet, you will receive the link following sign up and in reminder emails. If you have any specific access needs, please get in touch with us on coaching@fundhertriuk.org


In this 60 minute webinar, Louise will cover the following topics: 

  • The importance of strength training and mobility for triathletes.

  • How often to do strength training and how best to fit it in around other training sessions. 

  • The type of strength training and mobility exercises you should be doing for each discipline.
