About the Event

Practical exercise sessions focussing on mobility, stability and flexibility for beginner triathletes.

You will need some space (free of any obstructions/trip hazards), comfortable loose clothing, some water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one but it is not necessary. You can do the session with comfortable training shoes on or barefoot. The sessions are designed to suit beginners but modifications/alternatives for each of the movements will be provided during the session to accommodate a variety of ability levels and ranges of movement.

Booking is on two session block basis, one block in April another in May.

Initial registration via email to please state which blocks you wish to book for and you will be sent links to complete an online exercise waiver and physical activity readiness screening form. Upon successful completion of both forms you will be sent the zoom registration link. There is a max of 20 people per session.
